Quinta do Bomfim

Quinta do Crasto



Located on the right bank of the Douro, between Régua and Pinhão and with a privileged view over the river, Quinta do Crasto offers a wide range of wine tourism programs "designed" to suit each client. Quinta do Panascal



Quinta do Panascal offers an audio tour, which includes entry to the centuries-old wine presses on the estate. The tasting of three Fonseca Port wines takes place in the beautiful drawing room. An open window on the breathtaking scenery of the Douro. This is DOC, on the side road between Régua and Pinhão. In the riverside area of Pinhão, we suggest Veladouro, with a very pleasant and welcoming space and a terrace facing one of the most beautiful landscapes in Douro. Restaurant O Constantino



In S. Martinho de Anta, Sabrosa, the O Constantino restaurant serves regional Portuguese and Italian cuisine. Côa Museum



Millennium after millennium, the schist rocks along the Côa Valley have been converted into art panels, with thousands of engravings bequeathed by the creative impulse of our ancestors. This magnificent open-air ensemble, which dispels the old myth of rock art locked away in caves, can be appreciated in the Museum's exhibition, through mobile art originals, replica "panels" and interactive information. There are also organized tours of the valley with specialized guides.



Miguel Torga Space



The Miguel Torga Space is a place of art, culture and literature, designed not only to evoke and perpetuate the work of one of the great Portuguese authors of the 20th century, but also to bear witness to his deep connection to the Douro and Trás-os-Montes, projecting the region's identity worldwide.
The design by architect Souto Moura adds interest to the visit, to appreciate the soft contours of this contemporary space, marked by a careful choice of materials.

Lamego Museum



In the former Episcopal Palace of Lamego, there is now a beautiful museum that has kept its provincial palatial layout. It brings together a vast collection of exceptional heritage, especially the "national treasures", in a collection of 18 pieces in the museum's custody. The polyptych of the high altar of the Cathedral of Lamego, tapestries, paintings and the frescoes on the ceiling of the chapel are just a few examples of the many treasures that bear witness to an identity that transcends Portuguese borders.

Matthew's House



The Casa de Mateus Foundation in Vila Real is one of the country's most active cultural institutions. Built during the first half of the 18th century, its Italianate Baroque architecture is attributed to Nicolau Nasoni for its coherent style and similarity to other works by him. In addition to the splendor of the main façade and the richness of the decoration, it also has beautiful gardens that invite you to take a stroll. The Chapel and the Cellar complete the ensemble, with their harmonious volumes.

Olive Oil Museum



A century-old olive oil mill has been transformed into a museum to share with visitors and tourists a bit of history about the production of this delicacy that is so typical of our country and essential to Douro cuisine. Here, the process of making olive oil is explained, and then you can taste various types of flavors. The visit also includes a wine tasting, also produced at Quinta D'Origem. The Olive Oil Museum is located in Casal de Loivos, just five minutes from your vacation accommodation.
