Eugénia is our receptionist, who will greet you with a warm welcome! And she will also be the one to greet you every morning with an invigorating breakfast.

Dedicated to her work and attentive, she is the person who will pamper you during your stay. And as she knows the region very well, she will be able to suggest routes and visits.

If you'd prefer to explore the Douro in a more relaxed way, you can also request a babysitting service, leaving the children at home to have fun playing games under Eugénia's watchful eye.
